Our Capacity Building Programs is aimed at enabling both individuals, Community Based Organizations, other Non-Governmental Organizations and Government Agencies to develop the necessary skills to effectively engage with communities.

We focus on the following areas:

1. Proposal Writing

This training is designed to enhance resource mobilization capacity within organizations. The training is designed in manner that participants learn and at the same time apply the concepts and tools of effective proposal writing.

2. Project Planning & Management

This is aimed at enabling people master the skills and techniques they need to bring projects in on schedule, and under budget, with Successful Project Management.

3. Social Work and Community Development

The training will involve understanding concepts in Socio work and Community development.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation

This training deals with the “nuts and bolts” (the basics) of setting up and using a monitoring and evaluation system for a project or an organization. It clarifies what monitoring and evaluation are, how you plan to do them, how you design a system that helps you monitor and an evaluation process that brings it all together usefully

5. Data Analysis & Management

Emphasis will be made on applications of sophisticated statistical techniques for quantitative data analysis, along with the overview of theoretical statistical concepts.

6. Community Capacity Building

Capacity building is defined as the "process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in the fast-changing world.
