Guiding Principles 

Sustainable Development for All-Kenya is committed to the fundamental pillars of international law and human rights.  It is our belief that all men and women are born equal and have the inherent right to freedom, prosperity, and happiness. The organization prohibits any form of discrimination, lack of freedom, slavery and any other human rights abuses.

Board of Directors 

The Board of Directors determines strategic direction, mission, goals and objectives of the organization. They oversee and manage affairs of the organization,vote on matters that come before the Board, and provide guidance and support to the Executive Committee. All board members contribute their time on volunteery basis.  Our current board members include:

  1. Evans Wadongo - Evans developed the solar lantern dubbed 'Mwangabora' and has been in the forefront in ensuring success to all our programs. He one of the founding members of SDFA at its infancy and has worked tirelessly to ensure its success. Evans has a Bsc. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Kenya. He has gained a wealth of experience in implenting projects at the grassroots. He has undergone various short courses in Business Management, Community Development, Environmental Science as well as Financial Management. Evans is the current Chairman and in charge of Programs.
  2. Kennedy Alwanda - Kennedy is one founding members of SDFA and has been greatly involved in the day to day management of the organization, more importantly ensuring continus evaluation of projects at the community level, as well as coordinating and managing all staff.Kenndy is a Human Resource professional from the University of Nairobi.
  3. Billy Indeche - Billy joined SDFA in 2007 and has been instrumental in ensuring sustainability and growth within the organization. He has a Msc and Bsc and currently a Research student in Management Accounting. He is the immediate former Executive Director of SDFA  and is currently conducting research on NGOs Management in the UK.
  4. Felix Marisio - Felix is currently working with one of the Commercial airlines. He joined SDFA in 2008 as a Project Assistant, where he rose to be Projects Manager and eventually joining the board in 2010. He is and Engineer by proffesion.

Executive Committee 

The executive committee consists of the Executive Director who oversees staff and day-to-day operations of the Sustainable Development for All-Kenya and reports to the Board of Directors, Deputy Executive Director for Planning & Fundraising and Deputy Executive Director for Projects and Programs Development.

Support Staff 

The Support Staff include Project Managers, Fundraising Assistants and Program coordinators and volunteers.
